Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://plantmatterkitchen.com website (the “Service”) operated by Plant Matter Kitchen (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, billing address and shipping address (if applicable).

Subscriptions

Meal Kit subscriptions can be suspended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the next pick up or delivery date. After that 24 hour window, your subscription can be suspended or cancelled prior to the next pick up or delivery date. If you would like to cancel, suspend, or reactivate your current subscription, please contact us at orders@plantmatterkitchen.com with your order number, or complete our online subscription form by clicking here.

Gift Cards

Our Gift Cards come in denominations of $25, $50, $75, or $100 (CDN).
Upon purchasing a gift card online, a physical card will be mailed out to the shipping address provided at time of order. Delivery usually take 2-3 business days in Ontario, longer to other regions.

The Gift Card is eligible for use on-site at Plant Matter Kitchen, Plant Matter Bistro, or Plant Matter Cafe, and can be redeemed for food, beverages, and merchandise. The Gift Card cannot be used on the Plant Matter Kitchen online store.

We do not offer digital codes or downloadable versions of our Gift Cards.

All Gift Cards are final sale.

Meal Kits

Pick up/Delivery

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our Meal Kits upon pick up or delivery. The customer is responsible for following all directions once they take possession of their Meal Kit, including safe storage and preparation. If you are concerned with the condition or quality of your Meal Kit, please notify us prior to taking possession.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Plant Matter Kitchen.
Plant Matter Kitchen has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. Users must further acknowledge and agree that Plant Matter Kitchen shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused, or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new Terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
