Arva Flour Mills Logo

Arva Flour Mills

At 197 years old, Arva Flour Mills is one of Canada’s oldest historical businesses. Arva runs their grain through 12 different sifting processes, for customers all around Southern Ontario, including PMK. True to flour in its traditional form, Arva’s all natural and organic products are rich with vitamins and nutritional integrity–and we love that! PMK gets most of its baked good materials from Arva–our desserts and tortillas wouldn’t be the same without them.
