At 197 years old, Arva Flour Mills is one of Canada’s oldest historical businesses. Arva runs their grain through 12 different sifting processes, for customers all around Southern Ontario, including PMK. True to flour in its traditional form, Arva’s all natural and organic products are rich with vitamins and nutritional integrity--and we love that! PMK gets most of its baked good materials from Arva--our desserts and tortillas wouldn’t be the same without them.

A passion project three years in the making, Green Goddess cheeses are cashew-based, soy-based, and made in small batches with organic ingredients. Free from sugar and gluten, Green Goddess takes artisan vegan cheese to the next level!
