Soup: Tomato
Lunch: Triple threat grilled cheese with Green Goddess mozzarella and aged smoked cheddar cheeses, pesto, and lemon aioli on house-made Texas toast dipped in a garlic parmesan batter and fried in vegan butter.
Dinner: PMK house-made Lasagna served with Caesar salad and garlic toast.

Soup: Loaded potato with aged cheddar and scallions
Lunch: Buffalo tempeh baguette with cabbage slaw, avocado remoulade, crispy kale, and melted cashew Gouda toasted in the oven.
Dinner: Tempeh tacos with shredded jalapeño cheese, diced fresh tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions served on your choice of hard or soft tacos.

Soup: Roasted vegetable with tempeh
Lunch: PMK Greek salad with tomatoes, kalamata olives, cucumbers, red onions, and chopped romaine tossed in our lemon oregano dressing and topped with our house-made tofu feta.
Dinner: Angel hair pasta tossed in sunflower seed and fresh basil pesto with heirloom cherry tomatoes, maitake mushrooms, spinach, and sweet onions.

Soup: Jalapeño cheddar loaded potato
Lunch: House-made falafel with pickles, tahini, hot peppers, hummus, and fresh parsley wrapped in a toasted pita and served with your choice of side.
Dinner: Margherita pizza with Green Goddess “no” Buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, and local hothouse tomato slices loaded on our house-made flatbread smothered in garlicky basil pesto.

Soup: Curried vegetable
Lunch: TLT pan-seared tamari tempeh, shredded romaine lettuce, fresh tomato slices, and melted Chao cheese in a tortilla with sriracha mayo and avocado toasted in the oven.
Dinner: Roasted portobello steak au frites with chipotle remoulade and sauteed onions.

Soup: Cream of mushroom
Lunch: Jackfruit slow-simmered in PMK’s original sloppy joes sauce with onions and peppers, served on a toasted sesame bun with arugula and creamy mozzarella cheese. Extra napkins needed!
